Jen Scheumann is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and seasons that feel stuck or uncertain. She brings a warm, collaborative approach to her work, creating a space where clients feel deeply supported through thoughtful, caring therapeutic conversations. Her work is grounded in narrative and attachment-based therapy, helping clients better understand their patterns, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful, lasting change that aligns with their values and the life they want to create. Jen has a special interest in working with couples—whether preparing for marriage or strengthening an existing relationship—as well as supporting women who are navigating shifts in identity, purpose, and life circumstances. She also offers CBT-I–informed sleep therapy for clients experiencing insomnia and sleep anxiety, helping them build a healthier relationship with sleep. She is a Prepare/Enrich premarital counseling facilitator and a Certified CBT-I Clinician, and integrates these approaches into her broader therapeutic work.
