I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process—one where we
slow things down together, get curious, and make sense of what’s been
shaping your life. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in
patterns they don’t fully understand, especially with relationships or
how they relate to themselves. My goal is to help you notice those
patterns with compassion, not judgment, and to gently explore where
they come from. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in the
understanding that our nervous systems, past experiences, and core
relationships deeply influence how we move through the world.
Together, we’ll look at how old survival strategies may still be
showing up, even when they’re no longer serving you. I aim to create a
space that feels safe, attuned, and respectful—where healing happens
through connection, insight, and meaningful change.
